Priced per practice, not per user — adding a doctor or a receptionist does not change the bill. You can move between plans at any point during the free period.
Messages cover appointment reminders, prescriptions, reports and OTP — about four per appointment, so each plan's monthly allowance above goes a long way. Most never reach it; top up any time from ₹349. Reminders and reports always send, whatever your balance.

We tell you first
A reminder two weeks before your free period ends, with the exact date and the price. Nothing is charged without you choosing to pay.
You decide then
Carry on monthly or yearly, or stop. No contract, no notice period to serve.
Your data stays yours
If you leave you can still sign in to read and export your records. We do not hold patient data hostage to a renewal.
Questions we actually get asked
Do I need to give card details to start?
No. There is nothing to enter and nothing to cancel. We ask for payment details only if you decide to continue after the free period.
When exactly do the 6 months start?
The day your account goes live and you can log in — not the day you enquire. Verification can take a few days depending on how quickly documents come through, and none of that counts against your free period.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, at any point. A clinic that opens beds moves to Hospital and the IPD, theatre and pharmacy modules switch on. During the free period it costs nothing either way.
Is the free period a cut-down trial?
No. You get the full plan. If a limit would ever affect you we tell you before it does, not after.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
You keep read and export access to everything. Indian medical-record retention rules apply to you, not to us, so locking you out of your own records would put you in breach.
Do you charge per doctor or per user?
Per practice. Adding a receptionist or a second doctor does not change the price.
What counts as a message?
Appointment reminders, prescription and report deliveries, and OTP logins all come out of your monthly messages. A recall campaign — where you message past patients to bring them back — is counted separately, because those cost us considerably more to send.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Appointment reminders, prescriptions and lab reports keep sending. They never stop, whatever your balance says — a patient missing an appointment because of a billing question is not something we are willing to cause. Only recall campaigns pause, and you can top up in a couple of clicks.
We run a lab inside our hospital — do we need both?
No. The Hospital plan includes the laboratory module. The Lab plan is for standalone diagnostic centres.
